Retreats began in 2015, when Ewa and Gosia met in Ireland, place called Letterfrack… They had a vision of helping people make a positive change in their life. We promote a holistic way of living lifestyle and our goal is to offer the highest quality of service, experience for individuals who wish to make real improvements in any aspects of their life?s.

Mission

The mission of retreatself is to hold space for every soul that chooses to set out on a journey with us. Through to connection to nature, movement and dedication to seeing our reflection in one another. We aim to lift the veils and open the door of awareness into our true nature, which is eternal, limitless wonder.

How

By combining aspects of exercises, dance, yoga, meditation, relaxation, holistic nutrition, reiki, massages (holistic massage, essential oils massage, shiatsu), we help people reach their potential, both in personal and professional capacity.

YOGA

Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with their environment. The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible, it also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind. In the practice of Yoga the ultimate aim is one of self-development and self-realization.

MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS

?Mindfulness is the practice of returning your attention again and again to what is going on, even though you may not like it, rather than spending time and energy on a struggle with reality. Mindfulness does not change reality directly, but it does change your relationship with it, and in doing that it changes everything? ? Padraig O?Morain. There is an increased awareness of the pressures of Modern day life across society. Stress can play major part in everyday lives. The purpose of that method is to make your mind calm and peaceful, and creating stillness.

 

REIKI

Reiki is holistic alternative therapy based on the principle that the Reiki Therapist can channel life force energy into the patient by means of hands on hands off contact, to activate the natural healing processes of the body and restore physical and emotional well-being. Reiki was founded by Dr. Usui Ryoho in Japan in the early 1900?s as has come into practice all over the world. The Japanese word Reiki can be broken down into ?Rei?, meaning Spiritual Wisdom, and ?Ki?, meaning life force energy. The word Reiki as a whole means a spiritually guided life force energy.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

Indian head massage has been practiced in India for thousands of years, it is based on an ancient medicine system known as Ayurveda. It is huge part of the everyday for family, as babies receive it from birth till the age of three each day as a way of bonding and are then encouraged to practice with family members. Originally head massage was practice by women only and focused on the head and hair only, but over time it has progressed as it moved to the western world to include massage of shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp and energy balancing.


SHIATSU

Shiatsu is a contemporary bodywork therapy which works on all the different energetic levels of the body, physical, emotional and spiritual. It has evolved from thousands of years of Oriental medial history. Like acupuncture, and comparable diagnostic methods, but without the use of needles. Shiatsu acts upon the subtle anatomy of the body wherein energy known as “Ki” flows to the organs and all the body areas through the pathways known as meridians (channels of energy).

KAMBO

Kambo is a very powerful medicine from the Amazon. It is also one of the strongest antibiotics in the world. It has a very positive impact on the immune system and body detoxification . It increases vital force. Through purification of the brain many people have a sense of better mind clarity. Kambo takes our bodies back to their true potential. On the spirit level Kambo harmonizes energy in the body and helps to release suppressed emotions which no more support us. It gives us strength to overcome challenges and see difficulties more clearly in our lives.

Who we are?

Meet the Team

EWA SZCZEPANIAK

I’m Ewa, 30 years young woman from Poland, living in Berlin. I graduated from the 200 hours yoga teacher training course in Dynamic Mindfulness Yoga School in Berlin. After the 10 months training I gained the experience practicing with Indian gurus in North India. I am also a Shiatsu practitioner and I work on body’s energy channels to improve the functions of inner organs. For last few years I have been on the path of self discovery. I love to share my knowledge and experience especially when others can benefit from that.

I was a successful career woman who at one point understood that climbing the career ladder is not the only goal in life. There was much more to discover.

Yoga practice opened my mind and left a deep imprint in it. I used to always run forward, needing to know what to do next. I’ve learnt to stop. To be here and now. Very simple and deeply rewarding.

Thanks to my daily meditation practice, I’ve learned to be calm, not only on the meditation cushion, but also in my daily life – while making decisions, interacting with people, as well as in my general mood.

I believe that we can all accomplish whatever we want. We are the creators of our life. The only limit is our own thinking.

Yoga was a long journey for me, from the physical practice of asanas to the mental development. I am still not at the end of it and it is the the journey that is the most exciting.


GOSIA WOJCIULEWICZ

My name is Gosia and originally I come from Poland, and I have been living in Ireland for 10 years.

I am a holistic therapist that completed different therapies modules in Green Tara College in Ireland. I have started The Life Particle instructor course teaching Korean Yoga & Qigong focused on mental health & consciousness.

I am qualified as a personal trainer, nutrition advisor, fitness instructor. I have worked in leading sports clubs in the Dublin area and have led many training programs on a one-to-one basis and have run group fitness sessions, seminars and workshops in healthy eating. I have trained the trainers in Profi Fitness School around the Ireland. I run retreats in different countries focused on energy.

I attended several workshops, events, different holistic treatments and retreats since then. I could feel and see changes in my life, so I decided to study more in that area. I have started Reiki practice, massages, essential oils, meditation, relaxation, body awareness techniques.

I found that trough the movement you can bring more awareness to your inner self and heal yourself trough.

I promote a healthy balanced lifestyle to help people reach their potential, both in a personal and professional capacity. I believe through my committed efforts, passion for life and combined knowledge, I will contribute to a better society by bringing helpful, practical solutions to the way people live.

I love what I do. I am happy I made a choice to go that direction. It gives me a great fulfilment to see positive changes being made in the lives and health of people.
