A flowing Meridian Yoga class, harmonizing breath and movement to give strength, ease and clarity. This open class is suitable for advanced beginners and upwards, with options for those who like to try more advanced poses.

Our yoga classes are limited to max 15 people, providing each student appropriate attention and a sense of community. To create a calm environment and nourish receptive attention, classes are held without music.

Suitable for everyone, no matter your experience, age, strength or flexibility.

Energy classes are based on Meridian Exercises, Pilates, Qi gong.

With the demands of modern life, many of us feel stressed and over-worked. Do you often feel like there is just not enough time in the day to get everything done? Pressure and tiredness make us unhappy, irritated and unsatisfied. It can even affect our health. Meditation actually gives you more time by making your mind calmer and more concentrated.

Meditation can also help us to understand our own mind and learn how to transform negative thinking to positive, from anxious to peaceful. The purpose of meditation is to make our mind free from worries and mental discomfort. By training in meditation, we create an inner space and clarity that enables us to control our mind in the most difficult situations.

Qi Gong

Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese form of meditation, coordinating slow movement, deep rhythmic breathing and a calm state of mind. Qigong is a collection of basic Tai chi-style movements, messages, and energetic practices that improve the circulation and balance of the body’s vitality or “life force energy”. When practiced regularly with conscious breathing and mindful awareness, qigong stimulates the body’s inherent healing energy. The basic individual movements are relatively easy to learn and to practice providing the additional value of discernible benefits with a modest investment of time.
