Why this Program?
Yoga at Work is the program designed to find the healthy life balance in the working environment. This carefully selected program is a great opportunity to take a break from the work duties, meetings and running deadlines, allowing you to connect with yourself and relax. You will experience renewing, strengthening and revitalization. This program is designed for every employee, regardless of his/her flexibility or strength level who wants to improve their well-being at work.
The aim of the classes: reducing stress, increase positive feelings, improve concentration.
The class structure
The participants will learn the techniques which they can use on their own any time they need it. The sequence of the class will be prepared according to the schedule:
- Relaxation
- Calming the mind
- Concentration
- Energizing
The aim of each class is to de-stress, relax and turn off for a while to get the clarity in mind as well as reduce the tension of the shoulders from working in front of the computer. As the next step, the participants will work on increasing the concentration by switching the brain waves to alpha state (meditate state). At the end of the class, we will make the energizing exercising that they can in a vital way come back to work and continue their task with a positive attitude.
